Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, day care centers, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more! We can provide a certificate of insurance.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, pavement, dirt, gravel, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are typically anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
We deliver the morning of your rental date between 7am and 12pm, and pickup the next day between 7am and 12pm. Please note this is not technically a 24 hour rental, for example, if we deliver at 10am on Saturday, we may be back at 8am on Sunday to pick it up.

No, you can request a quote for an accurate delivery fee to your area, or you can check our Delivery Page for your town. Delivery fees are based on the delivery zip code. Delivery fee includes setup and takedown.
No, we only allow certain equipment available for customer pickups. This equipment includes some of our smaller inflatable games, some Bounce House rentals, Snack Machines, and Table and Chair Rentals. This is for YOUR safety – Anything that we do not allow for customer pickup requires professional training for handling and set-up.
Yes! However we always recommend checking for party rental vendors in your area first as our out-of-area delivery fees can be quite high. You are welcome to call our office to check availability and get a price quote! 508-759-2255
The Same-Day Pickup fee is based on the equipment and time of pickup. The extra fee allows us to keep workers on call after our normal delivery hours.
We offer same day pickups up until 10pm. We do not charge a fee for weekday same day pickups before 3:30pm.
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your guests are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use; it is dangerous! However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will hook your hose up to our inflatable water slides, slip ‘n’ slides and dunk tanks.
Extra cleanup fees will also be incurred when water is used on on non-water units.
Yes! The electric blower constantly pumps air into the inflatable. Once the blower shuts off, the unit deflates, and can deflate rather quickly. The unit has seams where the air from blowers will constantly be released (no it’s not leaking!).
All inflatables require an electric blower, some require multiple blowers. Each blower must be on it’s own outlet/circuit. Electrical outlets must be within 100ft of the set-up. We supply a 100ft extension cord for each blower on your rental.
If there is no power source where you would like set-up to be, you would need to use or rent a generator. We have generators available for rental. If you want to use your own generator, please call us to make sure your generator can handle the power required for the blowers.
Yes. Bounce Houses, Obstacle Courses, and Inflatable Games can be set-up indoors as long as the space requirements are met. Water slides, slip n slides and dunk tanks can not be set-up indoors, though.
You are responsible for damage that occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules (including but not limited to recommended weight and capacity, not turning off the blower in high winds, silly string or food on or in the inflatable, etc). You will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit and/or blower which can cost thousands of dollars.
All of our operation guidelines and safety rules are written in your contract and must be reviewed, so that you are aware of how to operate the unit and monitor your guests safely.
You can add RENTAL PROTECTION to your rental for 7% of your rental fee. We will waive any unintentional damage that happens to our equipment during your rental as outlined in your contract.
UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE EXCLUDES the following: misuse and abuse, theft, vandalism, silly string, gum, food, paint, markers, cuts, slices, sharp items, fireworks, sprinklers and cigarettes. Rental Protection coverage also excludes missing equipment.
As long as you have followed all safety rules, the damage waiver will cover you.
You have 7 days prior to your rental date to cancel and receive a refund. Once you are within 7 days of your rental, you will receive store credit, no refunds. Refunds will, however, be given for rain cancellations only on the morning of your rental date if you wish to cancel due to inclement weather (call by 8am). There is a 15%/$25 max administrator fee on refunds. You can also choose to receive a credit for your full deposit for a future rental, or reschedule with no additional fees.
