Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be simple and stress-free – at ABB Moonwalks, it is!
 
We’re proud to offer one of the most flexible cancellation policies for party rental services in the area. Simply call our office by 8:00 AM on the day of your event to cancel and receive a full refund – no hassle, no stress.

Plans change, and weather can be unpredictable. That’s why you’re welcome to cancel for any reason, including inclement weather. Our customer-friendly policy allows you to make a last-minute weather decision the morning of your event with complete confidence.

Please Note: This policy excludes weekend Tent rentals. *See below for Tent Rental cancellation policies.*

At ABB Moonwalks, we believe planning your event should be easy, fun and not stressful, and our cancellation policy reflects that commitment.
 

What if it Rains?

You may cancel your rental by 8am on the day of your reservation PRIOR to receiving equipment at YOUR option due to inclement weather. You can choose to receive a refund, or you can use your full deposit towards any future rental date.  You may also reschedule your rental at no extra charge (subject to availability).  We do deliver units in the rain. We will not deliver your inflatable if winds are in excess of 25MPH. 

Once you receive and accept the equipment, there will be no refund due to inclement weather.

Tent Cancellation Policy

*Tent Rental cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your event date. Any refunds will be deducted an administrator fee of 15%. The maximum fee is $25.*
