Reliable Delivery and Setup
We know your party timeline matters. Our experienced team shows up when we say we will (we text you the day before to let you know when we’ll be there), with everything you ordered – clean and ready to go. We will setup your inflatables, games and tents. We provide safety guidelines for the inflatable rentals, and instructions for the concession machines.
We handle all the heavy lifting, so you can focus on getting ready, decorations and greeting guests, rather than wrestling with power cords or tent stakes. Then we come back the next day to take down and pickup the equipment. Sometimes you won’t even notice we were there!

When you’re searching for a party rental service, here are some things to consider:
1. Make sure the business has a real address. While some businesses are understandably run out of a garage (especially newer ones), it does make it easier for them to not honor your reservation. 2. Ask about insurance. Insurance is mandatory for event rental companies. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue.
Companies that are insured value safety, and treat their business like a business. Insurance is very expensive for party rental companies – if you’re seeing really cheap prices for a bounce house rental, the company is most likely not insured.
3. Pay a deposit. If a company doesn’t ask you for a deposit or asks you to pay cash upon delivery, there’s a much higher chance of them not showing up. Taking a deposit shows that they are committed to your reservation.
Make sure you get a receipt. You should also be signing a contract/rental agreement. The business should be communicating with you regularly.
4. Look for reviews. This is a no brainer, but you should always look up the company on Google. Do they have a business page? How many 5-star reviews do they have? Are the reviews recent?
5. Don’t just go with the cheapest price. Sometimes, you can get a really good deal on a high quality service. But the service you should be shopping for when planning an event is not a bounce house rental, a tent rental, or a water slide rental. The product you’re actually paying for is peace of mind.
Paying an extra $50-$100 for a legitimate business that stands behind their name, is insured, and has loyal customers is a small price to pay. Knowing that your equipment will arrive on time and in good shape is priceless!
